Based on its commitment to creating a new “welltopia” of healthy living and sustainability, 3Roots announced an exclusive agreement with the award-winning San Diego-based Fit Athletic Club to curate and activate the community’s state-of-the-art Fit & Rec Center. Access to the Fit & Rec Center comes included for all the community’s homebuyers. 

The team behind 3Roots created a vision for the community centered on health, wellness and connectivity, key pillars that match those of Fit Athletic. Consistently voted “Best Gym” in San Diego, Fit Athletic will bring its approach to complete mind and body wellness to the residents of 3Roots with personal training, group fitness, nutrition programs, world-class club facilities and social events.

When the 3Roots Fit & Rec Center opens in fall 2022, it will be the sixth location in San Diego for Fit Athletic Club. While it has grown its membership numbers to more than 12,000 locally, 3Roots will be a different model for Fit, as every resident in the community becomes a member with the purchase of their home.

A centerpiece of 3Roots will be the state-of-the-art Fit & Rec Center which, in addition to Fit Athletic, will feature a pool and spa with modern style and comfort and a collection of outdoor amenities including barbecue court, dining tables, fireplaces and cabana lounge. A Grand Opening for the Fit & Rec Center is expected for this time next year.
