The scope of interest around 3Roots has gathered some attention. On May 19th, Philip Molnar published a story in the San Diego Union Tribune regarding the many who are eager to buy a home in this San Diego Welltopia.
With pre-sales starting in June, this highly anticipated community boasts a variety of townhomes, bungalows, and single and multi family residences. As written in the article, Molnar states, “There’s no denying 3Roots — with its wellness theme that includes zen gardens, extensive trails and recreation amenities — is attractive to buyers.” These fully equipped homes are expected to incorporate smart technology contributing to the overall health and wellness aspect of the community that aided in the popularity of the project.
In addition to the incredible and ongoing list of amenities that 3Roots will offer, Molnar draws attention to the significance of its location. If living in the beautiful Southern California is not a selling point in itself, he goes on to state, “One of the project’s biggest amenities is its location, between the I-805 and I-15 freeways. That’s a short commute to some of the highest-paying jobs in technology and life sciences. It also is near the new San Diego Trolley Blue Line extension and the Westfield UTC mall” paying homage to the livelihood that you and your family could create here at 3Roots.
